Luxury Retail Partners is supporting Cipriani with the development of the retail component at Cipriani Punta del Este - Uruguay.

This iconic project will feature a luxury resort, convention center, casino, residences, beach club, and a curated selection of boutiques —set to open in late 2025 showcasing prestigious luxury brands.

The Tattersall Building is located on Avenida del Libertador in Palermo, an upscale residential area as well as a prominent gastronomic, cultural, and fashion hub.

Luxury Retail Partners is working with the Tattersall ownership to run the feasibility study for the first Luxury compound in Buenos Aires, set to become the destination for the High Net Worth crowd in Buenos Aires.

Wholesale expansion

Luxury Retail Partners assisted several high-end Brands store openings in main US Shopping Malls, Bal Harbour among the others, as well as expanding their presence in Latin America.

Advised on the eCommerce launching, stores' lease negotiation, the staff selection and the marketing strategy.

Wholesale expansion

Together with few partners, we operated a multi-brands showroom in New York, accelerating growth of Missoni footwear and other European luxury brands in the US market as well as in Latin America. Among the trade partners major US Department stores and Palacio de Hierro in Mexico.
