Diego Stecchi is Luxury Retail Partners’ Founder and Managing Partner. He has been working side-by-side and advising C-suite leaders at Bally, Tiffany & Co., Malo, Bruno Magli, Whitman Family Development, aiming at North America and Latin America development.
His most recent assignment was at Dolce & Gabbana to lead the brand in Latin America and South Africa. He has been responsible for 41 directly managed stores and a team of more than 350 in retail, marketing, and operations with main offices in Mexico and Brazil and subsidiaries in Panama, Colombia, Chile, Dominican Republic, and South Africa.
Previously, Diego served as Director for Latin America and the Caribbean at Ferragamo for more than twenty years.
During his time at the Italian brand, he led the company to become one of the leading brands in Latin America, setting up five retail branches in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Argentina and USVI. Under his tenure, the brand opened more than twenty-six boutiques, 15 of which are company owned and expanded the wholesale business to more than eighty doors.
In 2006 Diego launched Gamma3 Council/Altagama that stages the Forum on Luxury in the Americas, a conference bringing together C-suite leaders from luxury brand holders, retailers, and developers to innovate trade strategies and driving P&L performance. The forum has hosted many of the world’s most trusted luxury brands, including Hermes, Cartier, Dolce & Gabbana, Prada, and Louis Vuitton.
Originally from Argentina, Hugo Marcos moved to the US in the early 90s where he first studied aviation and later transferred to business school and completed Master’s in Business Management.
Hugo Marcos has worked over 15 years in the retail industry with global travel retail and high luxury. He has wide experience in brick-and-mortar retail as well as e-commerce/digital with extensive knowledge in direct sales, retail performance, operations, and supply chain.
Hugo Marcos latest chapter has been in the LVMH group where he managed global retail operations for Starboard Cruise Services with over 90 worldwide Travel Retail locations managing a mix of multi and mono brand boutiques offering categories from fast fashion, accessories to luxury watches and jewelry. During his tenure he also led new business initiatives, developing retail compensation plans, retail plans and headed corporate projects in supply chain where he managed the design and development of a state-of-the-art global distribution center.
In 2016, Hugo Marcos joined Bulgari’s Latin America office based in Miami as Head of Retail Operations and later expanded his responsibilities as Director of Omnichannel to include commercial for all e-commerce and digital marketplace businesses for Latin America and the Caribbean.

Luigi’s career begun in 1969 in New York City where he joined Saks Fifth Avenue as a sales associate and moved into various management positions in the menswear division.
In 1979 followed a two years General Manager position with Gucci in Miami and after that, in 1980, he opened a Men’s boutique in New York City under his own name, “VOTANO”.
In 1985, Luigi moved to London to become the Managing Director of N.PEAL Cashmire.
The group grew from one boutique to include multi locations in London and in the USA and a factory in Scotland wholesaling Cashmere knitwear in Europe , USA and Asia.
After spending nine years in London moved back to the USA and with base in San Francisco, Joined the Interpacific Group retail division as the V.P. of Merchandising. In this role he supervised the retail business of the group which had locations in the US, EUROPE, HAWAII and in the Pacific islands of Guam, Saipan and Bali.
In 1994 joined Salvatore Ferragamo as the Managing Director of Ferragamo Hawaii based in Honolulu and following that as the V.P. of stores for the West Coast based in San Francisco. In 2004 took the position of V.P. Director of store for the East Coast based in Miami. Retired from Ferragamo in December 2020 after 26 years with the company.
