Our management team is comprised of executives with decades of experience in the luxury markets and hands-on work experience in fields such as luxury brand expansion to new markets, concept store development and management, luxury brand consultancy, web based marketing and branding strategies, and e-commerce.

Diego Stecchi – Managing Partner
After twenty years at Salvatore Ferragamo as Director for Latin America and the Caribbean, Diego Stecchi capitalized on his in depth knowledge of the American markets to establish Luxury Retail Partners. Diego Stecchi was at Salvatore Ferragamo for twenty years. His career with the Italian luxury brand began in 1993 at the Italian headquarters in charge of Business Development. In the year 1999, he was appointed Managing Director for Latin America and the Caribbean. In 2000 he established Ferragamo Latin America in Miami, USA. He has been in charge of the development of the brand in the region, responsible for the entire Ferragamo line of products in both domestic and Duty Free markets. Since 2006, Diego has brought together high-end brands, developers and retailers to brainstorm on Latin American issues and development at the Forums on Luxury in Latin America led by Altagama®. The Altagama® Latam-Luxury Forum has become the recognized leader in Luxury Forums and the only association to bring together brands such as Louis Vuitton, Cartier, Tiffany, Prada and many others, in this unique environment.
Eric Schwartz – Partner
Eric Schwartz is a seasoned business strategist with over 20 years of experience in retail and wholesale footwear, accessories, and apparel. Eric spent 15 years working for Salvatore Ferragamo in various roles leading to the position of Senior Vice President; Ferragamo Men’s and Women’s Wholesale Divisions. In this role, Eric was responsible for all 3rd party retail, Duty Free and leased businesses in North America. Eric then became the CEO of Rafe Studio, Ltd. directing the vision, mission and operational activity of this designer shoe, handbag, and accessory company. After executing a license agreement between Rafe and Mosaicon Fashion Group, Eric joined Mosaicon and has been responsible for Mosaicon’s retail development of multiple Italian luxury clothing and accessory brands; including Malo, Francesco Biasia, Mandarina Duck, Coccinelle, and Braccialini. Eric is also a former Board Member of The Fashion Footwear Association of New York.
Federico Agostinucci – General Manager
Federico Agostinucci, a professional in the fashion and luxury sector with more than ten years’ experience in brand and retail management. He spent 7 years at Yoox Group, recently merged into Yoox Net-a-Porter Group, the biggest fashion online operator and most important online partner for brands such as Armani, E.Zegna, Valentino, Moncler and many others.
At Yoox he has been the Group Business Development Manager in charge of the e-commerce operations of some of the Group’s most exclusive fashion partner brands.
In 2010 was appointed retail and e-commerce Manager at Custo Barcelona, developing strategic partnerships for the Latin American Market. In 2012 Federico moved to Miami to join Luxury Retail Partners, and since than he has been in charge of the Retail management and e-commerce operations.
He arranged the online platform set up for several important retailers in the Region and run retail management operations of the several stores in Florida located in premium locations like Bal Harbour Shopping Mall, Aventura Mall, Merrick Park, Palm Beach and new openings at the Brickell City Center.
Beatrice Roy – New Business Development
Based in Miami, Beatrice has been instrumental in LRP growth. Beatrice is a multi-lingual, achievement-oriented Marketing & Sales professional with expertise in creating customer-driven strategies designed to stimulate sales and increase industry presence. She has been working on projects in USA, Latin America and Australia.
